Head of Growth

About the role

We're building a B2B SaaS company and need a Head of Growth to own the full funnel — from demand generation through customer retention and expansion. You'll report directly to leadership and have full P&L ownership of growth strategy, working across marketing, sales, and product to drive sustainable, scalable revenue growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set strategy, execute tactically, and build a high-performing growth team. We're looking for someone who thrives in early-stage environments where you wear multiple hats and move fast.

What you'll do

  • Own the full funnel: Design and execute demand generation campaigns, optimize conversion at each stage, and drive retention & expansion revenue.
  • Build growth strategy: Develop a data-driven growth roadmap aligned with company goals. Identify the highest-leverage channels and tactics for our B2B SaaS motion.
  • Lead product-led growth initiatives: Partner with product to unlock self-serve adoption, freemium-to-paid conversion, and viral loops where applicable.
  • Manage and mentor: Build and scale a growth team (marketing, demand gen, analytics). Set clear OKRs and coach for execution.
  • Drive analytics & insights: Instrument the funnel, track KPIs, run experiments, and use data to inform strategy pivots.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success to align on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

What we're looking for

You've scaled B2B SaaS growth from early stage to meaningful revenue. You're comfortable owning the full funnel — not just top-of-funnel — and you understand how demand generation, product-led growth, and sales motion work together.

You're analytical and data-driven, but not paralyzed by it. You move fast, test hypotheses, and iterate based on results. You've built and led growth teams, and you know how to hire, develop, and hold people accountable.

You're a strategic thinker who can zoom out to set direction, but also a doer who rolls up your sleeves to execute. You're energized by ambiguity, comfortable with rapid change, and genuinely excited about the problem we're solving.
